Should you have any problems with any of our products, please contact us. We will discuss the problem with you and the possible solutions that we can offer and will willingly accept the return of unused items. Return of faulty items will be paid by Down-Under Wool.  All other returns must be post prepaid and insured.

Before you return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. This is necessary so that you will not be charged brokerage fees.

  The restocking charge for returning unused items,  is $20.00 - this covers the cost of Shipping & Handling + Payment Gateway charges. The total cost of the returned item, minus the shipping and restocking charge,  will be credited back to your credit card account immediately on receipt of the returned article.
